Shipping and Delivery

We are happy to offer complimentary international shipping for purchases USD280.00 and above. For purchases below USD280.00, international shipping is chargeable. All shipments may be subject to import charges (duties, custom tariffs, and government service tax) that may vary depending on the destination country. Taxes and tariffs imposed by your country will be borne by the recipient; the international shipping fee excluded these charges, if any.

Shipping Schedule

We ship once per week, usually on Monday of each week.

Duties and Taxes ships from Singapore to all international destinations on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any applicable taxes and duties are excluded in the final purchase price when you checkout. As the recipient, you’ll pay these directly to the carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary depending on your shipping destination. 

In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deduced from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.


In the event where no one is available to receive the shipment, it will be considered a failed delivery. Any applicable return and re-delivery fees will be have to be borne by the customer.

We are unable to redirect orders to an alternative address once the order has been dispatched. Remember to select the most suitable shipping address when checking out. 

Dispatch times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization or transaction failures.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns “for an exchange”. We only accept returns “for a refund”.

We will accept returns of full-priced items, unworn or defective merchandise. All sale items cannot be returned. A one-time return is permitted per purchase. 

Simply request a return by emailing and send the item with all tags attached back to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Upon approval, please mail us your item. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Return postage fees will be borne by you and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. Hence, we highly recommend that you opt for trackable registered postage service or a reliable courier service. Please note that we do not refund the return costs of shipping the item. Maison Wu reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular priced items may be refunded and exchanged.
