Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number in the shipping notification email when an order is shipped.
To track your package, simply visit our local mailing partner at www.singpost.com , select "Track item" in the left navigation bar and enter the tracking number.
Customs And Import Charges
Custom and import duties may be charged when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges have to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for current charges.
Local Delivery - Singapore
All paid orders will be ready for shipping within 3 working days. If you would like your order to be expedited, kindly contact us at customerservice@maisonwu.com and we will do our best to get your item(s) to you as soon as possible. You will receive a notification email with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Orders above SGD120 will enjoy free registered shipping.
We also offer local courier delivery via our courier partner, Urban Fox. The service allows you to have control over your shipment - where you can reschedule your delivery or place your shipment on hold. In the event where our courier partner may not be able to call you, please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for during business hours. If our courier is unable to get a signature, they may leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a place they deem to be safe. They will attempt to redeliver your order up to two times.
